GENERAL RETURNS
EXCHANGES/REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED UP TO 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE THAT THE PRODUCT WAS RECEIVED/DELIVERED TO YOU. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CAREFULLY REVIEW YOUR ORDER BEFORE FINALISING YOUR PURCHASE.
ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING (INCLUDING DUST BAG) AND IN ‘AS NEW’ CONDITION. ALL TAGS MUST NOT HAVE BEEN REMOVED AND MUST BE INTACT. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR PROOF OF PURCHASE RECEIPT WITHIN THE PACKAGE SO WE CAN DETERMINE WHO THE RETURN BELONGS TO. ANY ITEMS YOU WISH TO RETURN ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY UNTIL THEY REACH OUR WAREHOUSE & ARE SIGNED FOR.

ANY ITEMS YOU WISH TO RETURN ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY UNTIL THEY REACH OUR WAREHOUSE & ARE SIGNED FOR.
ONCE YOUR ITEM(S) ARRIVE BACK TO OUR WAREHOUSE, EXCHANGES/REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.
